ISLA

Born to the Queen and King of Sparkrosa Island, which inhabits Fae like humans, though they do not work like your usual faes. She is their second child, and second in line to the throne behind her older sister Masie. Growing up, it was known that their parents wanted to rule the Island, and inhabit and rule every part of it, including those most don't venture too. It was also known that her parents favoured those with riches just like them, and frowned upon those who were less fortunate. Though, this was not shared between their children. Maise and Isla were tight, and helped raise their younger siblings upon them being born as their mother didn't care for them until she could mould them to her way. Then she would step in.While Isla loves her lavish stuff, she doesn't look down on those who have less then her, and would in fact share it with a friend, Roselle, that she had made despite it pissing off her parents. Her parents hated Roselle, and Masie's boyfriend who was a 'commoner' to them, and threw Masie out when she told them she became engaged to the boy at seventeen. This meant, Isla was next in line for the throne. That was, until the next year, when Isla was fourteen and Isla had been attacked by rouge bear. It's claws at taken her sight from her left eye, leaving scars behind in it's wake and she also has a huge scar along her back from the bear from it's second swipe. Roselle scared the bear away, and what Roselle got in return was being banished from the Island.After Isla healed, her parents looked on at her with disgust before finally, telling her she no longer has a right to the throne, and she was now disowned. No longer allowed to use the family name, for she no longer looked like a princess with her 'disfigurements'.Upon her banishment, she sought to find Roselle - only to find her body washed ashore the Island port, she had drowned and Isla doesn't know how long she had been there. Scared and learning to work with only one eye now, Isla stowed her way upon the first ship she found, which happened to be a Pirate ship belonging to the Fae Pirates, captained by Jane.Jane helped and welcomed Isla onto her crew. And from there, Isla has been a pirate, always going for the most prized gold out there.
